This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is any delay or stock issue, we will contact you directly.


Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

Delivery time may vary during sales, festivals, heavy courier loads, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

The courier is selected automatically based on service availability and your location.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2000
  • Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below ₹2000 (calculated at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • We share the tracking details on WhatsApp
  • You can follow the tracking link to check your delivery status anytime

If you don’t receive tracking information, please contact us.


Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues or incorrect address details.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct while placing the order.

If the courier marks the package as undeliverable and it returns to us:

  • We will contact you to reship (additional shipping charges may apply).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require verification over call before dispatch.
Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.

There is no extra COD fee charged by us.


Order Changes & Address Updates

Address or order changes can only be made before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, changes are not possible.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:

  • Share the unboxing video from start to finish
