We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition you received it
- unused and unopened
- in the original packaging
- supported by a complete unboxing video (from seal to product)
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will share detailed instructions.
Note: A fixed ₹100 return shipping fee applies (usually deducted from your refund).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:
- your item is damaged
- defective
- or the wrong product was delivered
We will review the issue and make it right.
Unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong-item claims.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Nail art products
- Eyelashes
- Makeup and beauty products
We also cannot accept returns on:
- sale items
- gift cards
If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if:
- the product received is wrong or damaged, and
- a valid unboxing video is provided
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders: refunded via UPI
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to post the refund.

Shipping Area & Cooling-Off Rules
We currently ship within India only.
EU-specific cooling-off rules do not apply.
